The new amendment to the FNPS bylaws reads as follows:
Article13.01 Method. These bylaws may be amended by an affirmative vote of three-fourths of the members present at any annual meeting, or at any other meeting of members; or by an affirmative vote of at least a 60% majority of the members participating in an on-line vote and/or mail-in vote which would adhere to the guidelines under Articles 4.073 & 4.074.
