Motion for special allocation to disburse funds between the Eugenia and Martin County Chapters.    Note:  If motion approved, there will need to be a subsequent motion to amend the 2019 budget (Acct. #61050 Grants to Other Organizations) and identify the purpose of disbursement (e.g. conservation, policy, education, etc.).
