I believe it would be beneficial to update everyone on the latest developments as of today. I have information on items  listed below. However, I would like to be sure we all have the most current information. Thanks, Kim

hotel room numbers, hotel snafu. We have booked 156 room nights about 40% of the block. We will try to add the hotel phone number to the conference webpage as a go to if online hotel reservations are trouble
